Setting Up Multi-Domain Branches
With this feature, you can streamline the management of multi-branch operations, ensuring seamless flexibility, robust security, and greater control across all domains. Whether you're looking to create unique onboarding paths, set up tailored landing pages, or segment content for specific audiences, this guide will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to optimize your multi-domain setup effectively.
Step 1: Create your first Branch Domain
Open 'Global Settings' from the left menu bar and click on 'Domain' to create Multi-Domain for your Online Training.
Step 2:
Then LMS Domain page appears, Click 'Branches'
Step 3:
Click 'Create a Branch Domain' to setup Multi-Domains (Branches)
Step 4:
It appears on the left side; please insert the 'Branch Name' in the designated area. The Branch Name will appear before the parent domain in the 'Branch URL'. Click 'Save'
Your Multi-Domains (Branches) have been Successfully created.
Step 5:
After Created your First Multi-Domains it gives various Options like Preview, Group Name, Status.
Preview: Click the link icon to log in and preview your Multi-domain.
Group Name: It automatically created by given branch name. It appears in the 'Group' Section.
Status: By default, the domain is active. If you need to deactivate it. Click 'Active'.
Step 6:
Then Pop up appears, Select 'Yes' and Proceed to unpublish.
Step 7:
Select Options Icon to Edit, set Custom Hostname & Request SSL Certificate, Delete your Branch.
By Selecting 'Custom Hostname & SSL Certificate' it displays Popup in the Left Side.
Step 8:
Type the custom hostname that you would like to use and click the button 'Set External Domain'. You don't need to type http:// or https:// as art of the hostname at this time.
Make sure to click the 'Set External Domain' button to save your changes.
Click on 'Request SSL Certificate' to get started.

Step 9: Basic Settings
Go to 'Global Settings' click on 'Basic Settings'
Step 10: Website Settings
Click the Dropdown menu and Select the 'Branch' you Created.
Enter the 'Site Name' and provide a description for your site. Upload the 'Logo' and 'Favicon'.
Remember to click 'Save' before proceeding to the next setting.
Step 11:
Insert Your 'Support Mail'
This email address will be included in communications regarding account activation, password resets, order inquiries, and access issues, providing learners with a direct point of contact for support and assistance.
Enter the Following Details: Company Name, Street Address, City, Country, State, Zip Code/ Postal Code
Step 12:
Click the dropdown, Select the 'Time Zone' of the Reputed Company. By Enabling 'Hide From Search Engines' option to prevent your LMS site from appearing in search engine results.
Then Click 'Save'.
Step 13: Code Inject
No Need to select the Branch Domain, as it is already Selected. To change your Multi-Domain click Dropdown. Go to the ' Code Inject' feature in the ' Basic Settings' menu.
Step 14: Landing Page
Select 'Landing Page' in the Top Menu. Click the Dropdown Under 'Set Default Landing Page View for this site' Then, Click 'Save'
Step 15: Virtual Classroom Settings
Now navigate to 'Virtual Classroom Settings' to add a custom logo and re-direct the URL.
Upload the 'HTML 5 logo' and enter the 'URL' under the 'Virtual Classroom redirect URL' as mentioned below and 'Save'.
Step 16: Student Dashboard
Now, click on 'Student Dashboard' to enable or disable the student dashboard widgets.
Toggle the switch to enable or disable student widgets and click 'Save' to confirm the changes.
Step 17: Redirect URL
Now, select 'Redirect URL' to set the URL to Redirect users after logout. Update the “URL” under 'Redirect users after logout'. By enabling the following details it appears after the logout. Then click “Save”.
Step 18: LMS Theme Customization with Branding
Step 19:
Click the dropdown select your multi-Domains. Your LMS theme can be customized under this setting. 'Background color' and 'Text Color' can be customized according to your needs. After all changes click 'Save'

Step 20: Catalog Settings
Open 'Catalog Settings' under the 'Global Settings'.
Step 21:
Click the dropdown select your multi-Domains for your brand. You can choose to enable or disable what logged-in users and guest users can see.

Step 22: Mail Relay
Navigate to 'Global Settings' and open 'Mail Relay'.
Step 23:
Select your Multi-Domains from the Dropdown. By default, the sender's details will be extracted from your profile. You can modify the 'Sender Name' and 'Sender Email' if necessary and click on 'Update Sender'.
- Sender Name: The name you want to appear in outgoing emails.
- Sender E-mail: The e-mail address you want to appear in outgoing emails.
Step 24: Setup Multi-Domains for Login or Register Page
Go to 'Global Settings' Select 'Theme'
Step 25:
In the 'Theme page' Select 'options', Then Click Edit'.

Click dropdown, Select your 'Multi-Domains'

Step 27: Manage Groups for your Multi-Domain
Groups for Branches are automatically created when a Branch domain is added and cannot be deleted. To manage groups, go to the People section, click the dropdown menu, navigate to 'Groups', and select 'Manage' from the available options.
Step 28:
Customize your Group name and Description as desired, then Click 'Save'.
Online Courses
Step 29: List your course catalog in Multi-Domain
Navigate to 'Create a Course' In the basic Settings. Enable 'List in Course Catalog' select your Multi-Domains to display the courses in your Branch Domain.
Online Assessments
Step 30: List Test Catalog in your Multi-Domain
Navigate to 'Assessments' Click 'Options' Select 'Edit' it display the existing test created page.
Another way to add Test Catalog in your Multi-Domains from Scratch. Choose 'Create a Test' it directs to course creation page.
Step 31:
Open to 'Basic Information', Enable 'List in Test Catalog' Option, choose your Multi-Domains to show your test catalog in your Branch Domains.
Course Bundles
Step 32: List Course Bundle Catalog in your Multi-Domain
Navigate to 'Bundles' Click 'Options' Select 'Edit' it display the existing created Bundle page.
Another way to add course bundle Catalog in your Multi-Domains from Scratch. Choose 'Create Bundles' it directs to Course bundle creation page.
Step 33:
Enable the 'List in Course Bundle Catalog' option under 'Basic Information' and select your Multi-Domains to display the course bundle catalog in your Branch Domains.
Online Store
Step 34: Add New Product to your Multi-Domain
Navigate to 'Online Store', Click dropdown and select 'Create a Product'. Choose Your 'Branch Name'.
Virtual Classroom
Step 35: Schedule live class to your Multi-Domain
Navigate to 'Virtual Classroom', Select 'Schedule Class' Enable 'List in Live Class Catalog' Choose your Multi -Domain.
