Published:
26 mins read

Integrating BrainCert with Pabbly Connect allows you to automate tasks between your LMS and third-party apps like Google Sheets, CRMs, email tools, and more. This guide walks you through connecting BrainCert to Pabbly using a webhook and triggering an action (like adding a new row in Google Sheets).

What You Need

  • A Pabbly Connect account

  • Admin access to your BrainCert LMS

  • A Google account (for the Google Sheets example)

  • At least one event trigger set up in BrainCert (e.g., course enrollment, test completed, etc.)

Example Use Cases

  • Add a new row in Google Sheets every time a user enrolls in a course
  • Send a welcome email via Gmail when a new test is completed
  • Add leads to Mailchimp when someone attends a webinar
  • Notify your sales team in Slack when a payment is received

BrainCert – Pabbly Triggers List

These triggers help automate workflows by instantly sending real-time data from BrainCert to Pabbly whenever key actions happen, like user creation, enrollments, or course updates. This reduces manual work and keeps your connected apps (like CRMs, spreadsheets, or email tools) always up to date.
