How to Share Files in Global Chat Room

This article will guide you through the steps to upload or add file from library in global chat room in the Virtual Classroom.
Step 1:
Login to the Virtual Classroom platform and launch your live class. Click on the 'Add File' option in the chat window to share media in global chat.
There are two ways to share files to the global chat room in the virtual classroom.
- From content library
- Upload from your computer
Uploading File From Computer
Step 2:
Click on the 'Upload File' option and choose the respective file from computer and click 'Open to share file' in global chat room in the virtual classroom.
Sharing File From Content Library
Step 3:
Click on 'Add File' from Library option and select the required file.
Step 4:
Choose the file to be shared in the global chat.
Follow the same process to share more files to the global chat.
