A Guide to Share Recordings Securely and Allow Download

This article will guide one through the steps to download chat transcripts in the Virtual Classroom.
Please see the steps below:
Step 1:
Login to the Virtual Classroom platform. Navigate to 'Recordings' as shown in the image below to share the recordings.
Step 2:
Use the 'Select class' option to choose the recording you want to share and click on 'Recordings' as shown in the image below.
Step 3:
Open the drop down menu and choose 'Public' to get the sharable video link.
Step 4:
Copy the link and share the video or click on 'Share Recording' to share the link via email.
Step 5:
Add the Email address, subject, message and click 'Send' to share the recording via email.
Step 6:
Use the toggle switch to enable or disable download option while sharing the video.
