Attendees and presenters can easily report any problems with the built-in problem report tool in Virtual Classroom. In this way, we will receive full debug logs of the user session, which will make troubleshooting much easier.
Here are the steps you need a follow to report a problem inside VC:
Click on Settings icon in the top right corner in the VC app.
Scroll down and navigate to Report a problem.
Clicking on Report a problem displays a box where you can specify whether the problem is with video or audio.
For example, when there is a problem with the video, click "Problem with video". Choose your required issue from the list and click send.
The "Problem with audio" checkbox should be selected if there is an issue with the audio. On the list of issues, click on the issue you need and click on send.
You just need to click on the Ok button and your reports will get sent.
