Adding Zopim chat by Zendesk extension

Zendesk Chat lets you chat with LMS users and give them real-time support. Before your visitors can start chatting with you, you’ll need to add the Zopim chat extension to your training platform .

To add the live chat Web Widget to a web page:

Step 1:

From the Zopim chat dashboard, select Settings > Widget, then click the Getting Started tab.

Step 2:

Copy the embed script key ID only, as shown in the example below

Step 3:

In your LMS, go to 'Account & Settings' and 'Extensions'. Enter the numeric key ID copied in the above step in the text field and turn on the slider to 'On' position.

Step 4 :

Finally, save your settings and reload the page.
