This article will guide you through the process of disabling concurrent logins within the LMS platform to enhance security and user access management.
Step 1:
Login to the Training Platform with your account credentials.
Scroll over to the 'Global Settings' and open 'Security'.
Step 2:
In the 'Security' page, select 'Yes' under 'Concurrent logins' and click 'Save'.
Concurrent login is successfully disabled.
