Steps to Reset Your Account Password

If you have forgotten your BrainCert account or are unable to access your account with your current password, you can regain access by resetting your password.

Follow these steps to reset your password.

Step 1:

Go to the BrainCert website and click on the 'Login' option at the top right corner of the homepage.

Step 2:

Click on the 'Forgot Password' link located below the 'Submit' button.

Step 3:

You’ll be directed to a page where you can enter the email address associated with your BrainCert account. Enter your 'Email Address' and click on 'Submit'.

Step 4:

Check your email inbox (the one linked to your BrainCert account). Locate the password reset email, copy the 'Verification code, ' and click on the link provided in the email to continue.

Step 5:

Enter your 'Username' and the 'Verification Code' in the respective fields, then click 'Submit.'

Step 6:

Enter your 'New Password' and confirm it by typing it again in the respective fields. Click 'Submit' to save your new password.

Step 7:

After entering your new password in the designated fields, click the "Submit" button to activate your new password. If your password reset is successful, you will receive a confirmation message, as displayed below.
