How to Set the Interface Language in the Business Plans

In the business plan, language settings are managed at the group level. This means the interface language can be configured differently for various user groups, allowing for a more localized experience.

Regardless of the group language settings, each individual user has the option to set their own preferred interface language from their account settings. This personalized setting will override the group language without affecting others.

The platform dynamically loads the correct font for each language, ensuring beautiful, readable typography across all scripts (including Arabic, Chinese, and Devanagari).

What Are the Benefits of Switching Languages Based on Groups?

This functionality is particularly advantageous for organizations with diverse teams, as it enables administrators to designate a default language for specific groups while still granting individual users the flexibility to customize their personal settings.




Step 1: Access the Interface Language Settings

Navigate to the 'Interface Language' option in the 'Global Settings' menu.

Step 2: Change Language for Group Users

To change the language for 'Group Users,' select the group and choose the language from the drop-down box.

Step 3: Update Language for Guests

To set the language for guests, navigate to 'Guests' and select your preferred language from the list.

Step 4: Save Your Settings

Once you have made your selection, click 'Save' to confirm.

Personalized Interface Language

Every user can now personalize their learning experience by selecting their preferred interface language directly from their account settings, overriding the default language set by the super admin. This ensures a more flexible and tailored experience for each learner.

Step 1: Navigate to Profile

Log in to your LMS account and navigate to your 'Profile' in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Select Account Details

Click on 'Account Details' from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Find Interface Language

Locate the 'Interface Language' section.

Step 4: Click More Option

Click the more options icon to choose your preferred language.

Step 5: Select the Language

Select your preferred language from the dropdown menu. Click 'Save' to confirm the changes.

Once updated, your interface will instantly reflect the selected language.

How to Change the Language for an Assessment


Step 1: Access the Assessment

Go to the Assessments section and select the assessment you want to update.

Step 2: Choose Your Language

Select your preferred language from the dropdown menu.

Once selected, the language will be updated immediately. Use the dropdown icon to change the language anytime.
