Adding Zopim Chat by Zendesk Extension

Zendesk Chat lets you chat with LMS users and give them real-time support. Before your visitors can start chatting with you, you’ll need to add the Zopim chat extension to your training platform.

To add the live chat Web Widget to a web page:

Step 1:

From the Zopim chat dashboard, select Settings > Widget, then click the 'Getting Started' tab.

Step 2:

Copy the embed script key ID only, as shown in the example below.

Step 3:

In your LMS, go to 'Global Settings' and open 'Extensions'.

Enter the numeric key ID copied in the previous step into the text field and then turn on the slider.

Step 4 :

Finally, save your settings and reload the page.
