When you type in your browser, it won't redirect to because BrainCert's free SSL certificate covers only one domain behind the CDN and firewall, which accelerates website performance. This limitation applies to customers who use their www domain as their main LMS site.

To resolve this, BrainCert offers a Root Domain Redirection extension. Here’s how it works:

  1. Issue: Customers type in their browser, but it doesn’t redirect to The SSL certificate provided by BrainCert only secures the domain.

  2. Solution: BrainCert needs to set up a special proxy service to handle this redirection securely. This involves:

    • Generating and installing a custom SSL certificate for

Activation Process
