Follow these steps to leverage AI integration effectively:
AI Integration in Course Creation
Step 1:
Start by navigating to the 'Create a Course' section under 'Courses' in your BrainCert dashboard.
Step 2:
Within the course creation interface, locate the 'AI Suggest' button. Click on it to initiate the AI-generated course title process.
Step 3:
Enter the course topic (e.g., 'Yoga for Beginners') and click on 'Generate Course Overview.' This action will prompt AI to generate a course title, subtitle, description, and course highlights based on the input.
Step 4:
Review the generated course details and click on the 'Auto Create This Course with These Recommendations' button to populate the course details automatically.
Step 5:
You can see the Course Title, Subtitle, and Description being automatically filled. Proceed by filling in additional information and click 'Next' to proceed.
Step 6:
Review the automatically filled Course Highlights and make any necessary changes before proceeding to the next step.
Step 7:
After completing the final payment settings click on 'Save', and your course will be successfully created using AI.
Step 8:
Use the 'Edit' option to make any changes after the course has been created.
AI Integration in Curriculum
AI can also assist in structuring the curriculum of your course. Follow these steps to utilize AI integration for curriculum development:
Step 1:
After creating a course, access the course details by clicking on the ellipses (...) and selecting 'Curriculum' from the options.
Step 2:
Within the curriculum interface, locate the 'AI Create Course Outline' button. Click on it to initiate the AI-generated chapter and lecture.
Step 3:
Input the course topic and click on 'Generate Course Outline.' AI will generate a structured outline consisting of chapters and lectures based on the provided topic.
Step 4:
Review the generated chapters and lectures and click on the 'Populate Course Syllabus with This Outline' button.
Step 5:
Use the 'delete' icon if you need to remove any chapter or lecture.
Add your content and publish the course. Now, the course is all set to be used.
