Test Delivery Setting is where you control how a test works for learners. You can set things like how many questions can be presented, whether the questions should be in a different order each time and even the distribution of questions.

Step 1:
To set test delivery settings, navigate to 'Assessments', click on the 'Options' of a course, and select 'Questions'.
Step 2:
On the questions page, open 'Test Delivery Settings'.
Step 3:
Under Test Delivery Settings, set all the requirements according to your needs.
