How to Access and Use the Revenue Graph Report

The Revenue Report offers a clear, visual representation of your LMS tenant's earnings, helping you easily identify high-performing areas and uncover opportunities for growth.

This guide will walk you through the process of tracking purchase reports for various revenue streams, including courses, bundles, assessments, online stores, and live classes—giving you a comprehensive view of your financial performance.

Note: Only results for paid products will be visible in the Revenue Graph Report.


Step 1: Navigate to 'Revenue Reports' under 'Reports & Analytics'

Navigate to 'Reports & Analytics' and open 'Revenue Graph'.

Step 2: Generate a Custom Report

The page will open, allowing you to filter by date range and product type to generate reports.


Step 3: Select Specific Products

Instead of selecting "All Products", filter by a specific product category such as Courses, Assessments, etc. You can further refine your selection by choosing "All Courses" or a specific course. Select the options that best align with your reporting needs.

Step 4: Filter by Specific Time Period

Look for the Time Period option on the report settings. Select the desired duration from the dropdown list.

Step 5: Filter by Date Range

The date will be automatically set based on the selected duration, or you can manually choose a specific date using the date picker for your report.

Step 6: Search for Result

Finally, click the 'Search' button to generate the Revenue Graph Report based on your selections.

You'll be able to see the Total revenue and Units Sold for the field you have selected.

Click on the "Units Sold" number in the generated report to view the customer table below.



Step 7: Detailed Customer Report

The generated data table displays customer information in a structured table format, allowing you to view and export the data as needed.


To download the data, click 'Export' and choose your preferred file format (CSV or XLSX).
