This article will guide you through the steps to seamlessly migrate from the eLearning Platform to the unified training platform.

Step 1 - Fix the migration date

Set up a call with our customer success team to initiate the migration process. During the call the team will help you set up an LMS domain and they will also assign you a plan that matches your current eLearning Platform plan.

During the call the team will also discuss with you to fix a tentative migration date that best suits your requirements. Once the migration date is fixed and the LMS domain is created, you can proceed with informing your learners about the migration.

Step 2 - Inform Your Learners About the Migration

Inform learners who have enrolled for your courses, tests, and live classes about the migration and what might be changed following the migration. To make things easier for you, we have drafted an email template which you can use to inform your learners.

You can send the emails to your enrolled users from within the eLearning Platform. If you don't know how to send emails to enrolled users, here is an article on how to do it.

Step 3 - Unpublish your course contents from eLearning Platform

After informing your learners about the migration, unpublish your course contents from eLearning Platform .
