Contacting an instructor on BrainCert

BrainCert eLearning Platotform is a social learning marketplace for instructors to sell their courses, tests and live classes to students worldwide. All questions such as course promotion, coupon, refund and other generic questions has to be sent directly to your instructor.

BrainCert does not own the content. All payments related to the courses, tests and live classes are only facilitated by BrainCert and processed directly by the Instructor's payment gateway integration such as Stripe, PayPal, Payumoney and Paystack.

You can send an email to the instructor as per the following instructions.

Step 1: Go to your enrolled course and click on "Instructor" tab as follows:



Step 2: Click on the "Message Instructor" link.



Step 3: This will open a popup box. Simply type your question subject and message and send it to the instructor.



Alternatively, go to your My Orders page, and click on the Details icon under the Options column.



You'll see a popup with purchase details. Click on the mail icon to send a private message to the instructor.
