This article will guide you through the steps to customize the badges & points in the gamification feature on BrainCert.
Note: Only admins can edit badges & points.
Login to your BrainCert account using your admin credentials and navigate to Badges & Points under Gamification in the left side navigation bar.
Select Badges & Points and you will be redirected to a page with list of existing badge icons, names, and points. To add a new badge, select Create New Badge
Fill in the Badge name, Badge mini text, and Badge description. Now move on to adding badge icon. You can choose to add your customized badges or use the ones from the library. To add custom badges select Attach files and add the required badges.
Once the badge image has been added, mention the points you want to allocate to the newly created badge in the field corresponding to Points.
You can choose to award the badge based on activity or points. To award badges based on activity, choose activity and select the required activity from the dropdown and click Save.
To award badges based on points choose points and enter the minimum point the learner should get to award the badge and click Save.
