When you have enrolled and paid for a course, you'll get an email confirmation. This email will be sent to the email address you use for registering your Braincert account. This email includes all your payment details.

If for some reason you misplace or accidentally delete the email, you can get your receipt from the My Orders under your profile. 

When requesting for a receipt please remember that Braincert will not be able to do the following :

  • Issue the receipt in another name than the one that is included in the BrainCert Registration process
  • Provide custom invoices that include your Business and/or VAT ID or anything that is not included on BrainCert's standard receipt.
  • Provide Invoice in any other currency apart from US Dollar.
  • Provide Invoice before any payment has been made
  • Mail a hard copy of your receipt.
